Deciding to come to therapy can be a difficult decision. To enter a successful therapeutic relationship you have to find the right therapist for you. I offer you a safe, caring, and nurturing environment. I was born and raised in Mexico, and greatly embrace my bi-cultural experience. Throughout my years of practice, I have helped people with a wide variety of psychological and relationship problems to create positive changes in your life.
Although I connect well with the Hispanic culture, my experience extends to a broad diverse population. I embrace the complexity of your wholeness including the way you experience and see the world. My goal is to help you discover the changes you can make and begin reducing painful feelings and unhealthy patterns.
My main approaches are Systemic, Trauma informed therapy and, psycho-dynamic. I am also trained in CBT, MBCT, IFS, EMDR, Attachment Based Psychotherapy, and Contemplative psychology. However, I mostly utilize an eclectic approach to best accommodate the needs and style of my clients. This flexibility enables clients to move forward in a positive direction.
