My goal is to help guide people in discovering their innate strengths in finding solutions to their struggles. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, adapting to life and/or situational changes or feeling like you lost yourself in taking care of others....I offer a place of non judgment, and support alternative therapies.
I’ve been trained in EMDR since 2004 and incorporate other other modalities to address the wholeness of you. The road to personal and mental health recovery is one of the most important journeys you can take. I am also a certified alcohol and drug counselor and work with family members impacted by addiction and loss.
During this current pandemic, everyday life takes on new challenges inviting the need for further supports. I am providing both virtual and in person sessions.
