I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety and stress, couples seeking to rebuild connection, and parents managing the everyday challenges of raising a family — including ADHD and developmental concerns. Many clients are also navigating the psychological side of chronic illness or medical stress, where physical and emotional health are deeply intertwined. Whether a teen is struggling with anxiety, a couple feels stuck in a pattern, or a parent feels overwhelmed, they come to me looking for steady, practical support — not just a place to vent, but real tools and a clear path forward.

I draw on CBT, DBT, humanistic, and Gottman Method approaches, tailored to fit each person rather than a one-size-fits-all method. My Positive Psychology training (UPenn certificate) shapes how I help clients build on strengths, not just manage symptoms. I see clients via secure telehealth, licensed in Delaware and Oklahoma.
