Making the choice to live a happier and more fulfilling life is not always as simple as it sounds. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and trauma-informed and I have experience working with people of all ages.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, in our work together you’ll have the option to engage in a creative process as a way to gain valuable personal insights. With training in both counseling and art therapy I trust in the power of art to shed light on difficult issues and emotions and cultivate healing.
Our practice is In Network with Healthfirst Commercial & Medicaid plans, and all Cigna plans. I am also considered an Out of Network provider for a number of insurances such as: BC/BS & Aetna. As a courtesy our billing team is happy to assist clients with billing OON claims directly to your insurance carrier in order to utilize your benefits.
