As a counselor, I find a lot can happen when we explore different parts of ourselves, our attachments, relationships, and the mind-body connection. I'm motivated to help you access your inner resources and live your life in ways that feel authentic and aligned with your values.
We're likely to explore themes of belonging, self leadership, strengths, identity, and choice. I am trained in EMDR and find it to be a great modality for loosening the knots we carry around with us, as well as being a longstanding frontline treatment for trauma healing. I offer therapeutic yoga and somatic healing techniques to those interested.
