I have recently joined the staff at SpringSource Psychological Center and have immediate openings for new clients. My practice is based in understanding, unconditional support and positive feedback that impact interpersonal relationships, relational patterns and past experiences towards the creation of a more conscious, healthy self. Trauma work heals symptoms of depression, anxiety, eating disorders, negative interactions and PTSD, helping the client gain and practice a new set of skills.
I help the client create a positive, vulnerable inner space by approaching symptoms with cognitive restructuring, positive corrective experiences, and an understanding of how the traumatic attachment was created. I aid clients in working through emotional responses in a safe environment were they can process and heal.
We are going through hard, critical times and the importance of everyone attending to their emotional and mental health to create a better world for yourself and others has become a must in today's society. In order for us to create a better future, we can always start with ourselves.
