My approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices. In our first sessions, we’ll build trust, clarify your goals, and move at a pace that feels right. Whether we focus on healing past wounds or building skills for today, this space is centered on you.
