I work with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, and relationship concerns for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC adults. Using EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches, I help clients process painful experiences, reduce emotional distress, improve self-esteem, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
