Hello! My name is Elena Farias LCSW. I provide my clients with a warm, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings. Together we work collaboratively to build and strengthen their relationships, heal areas of their lives that have caused pain and trauma, as a result of our work together my client's become more aware of their inner strengths and build very rewarding lives.
My passion as a therapist is to bring healing into people lives, create peace and clarity. I specialize in working with adults, assisting them through painful life experiences, including childhood trauma, traumatic losses, or just a need to refocus and bring life and relationships to their highest potential.
My clients frequently tell me that they feel safe talking to me, that they appreciate my calm and centered approach. I value having my clients take the lead in bringing up whatever they choose to discuss with me and moving at the pace that my client's create.
