I also assist those looking to develop or improve skills regarding couple's communication, marital and family relationships, and parenting. I believe the key to overcoming situational barriers to a happy and balanced family life rest inside us all.
I work with individuals on recovery from trauma from all ages children, adolescents and adults helping them to regain their social, emotional, academic, familial and independent identity, while learning to take pride in their distinctiveness. I am trained in Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), Risking Connections (RC), Mindfulness-Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy
My goal is to help you gain insight into your thoughts, increase your awareness on how you perceive and handle life issues. You will improve your self-esteem, learn to regulate your emotions, and become resilient. Life can get better!
