Using a blend of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and mindfulness practices, I’ll work with you to build insight, self-compassion, and effective coping strategies.
We will learn a variety of coping skills to help you decrease anxiety, depression, and stress. We will use your strengths to set boundaries and identify goals you wish to achieve. We can heal and create peace with traumatic events in your life with EMDR and IFS.
