My treatment approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBTp, CBT-social functioning, CBT for Anxiety), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT )for PTSD and Sexual Abuse, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Person Centered, Psychodynamic, and Solution Focused Therapies. I strive to be strength based and affirming.
I believe that all people need to be reminded of their worth. Life can just be tough sometimes. Therapy is not meant to be hard or feel like a chore. I want you to be comfortable in your home and even stay in your jammies and drink your morning coffee while we work through it together. My desire is for you to feel safe, validated and heard.
