I use a foundational therapeutic approach called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I like it because it promotes viewing human thought and behavior as neither bad nor good. Instead, we can get to know our relationship to it. My integrative approach also utilizes attachment, relational-developmental, cognitive behavioral, IFS, and SE techniques.
