Hello I am a Bilingual Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Board approved Clinical Supervisor. Virginia Satir said it best "As a therapist I try to be a companion and help people tune into their own wisdom". I strive to be that person for my client in their life that is capable of hearing and holding their pain. I have experience working with infants, children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients where we can work together to reach their goals. I enjoy working with Individuals of all ages, families, couples, trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ community allied.
My focus includes working with individuals of all ages and stages that experience a variety of difficulties like depression and other mood disorders, ADHD, Anxiety, self-esteem and grief and loss as well as PTSD/Trauma, Autism as well as relationship and behavioral issues, parenting skills and developmental concerns as well as eating disorders.
I tend to take an eclectic strength-based approach to counseling. Treatment is tailored for each individual's needs. Treatment is provided from an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy as well as other proven therapeutic methods.
