Making Art from the Inside Out
Set intentions for the new year! This 1.5 hour class is an introduction based on the Open Studio Process with a focus on goals for 2025 and meets Wed. January 15th. Free of any comments or critiques, participant artists can follow their own creative process without inhibition. Art making techniques are simple and user friendly, assuring that no prior skill or experience is required. The facilitator works alongside participants so that they may observe her exploring, problem solving and experimenting with her creative process through art making and reflective writing. All materials are provided. Tuesdays, April 16-May 21 -attend one or more.

The Broken Bowl -A Grief and Loss Workshop
The Broken Bowl is an expressive arts workshop to process grief and loss based on the Japanese art of Kintsugi. Kintsugi embraces the concept that accepting imperfections can allow one to create a more powerful and beautiful piece of art. The bowl serves as metaphor for accepting change and finding the growth it inevitably brings. All materials are provided and no art experience is needed. Meets Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

Child Parent Relationship Foundation Training
This intensive parenting class is based on the Parent Child Relationship Therapy intervention with a focus on Parent Child Contact Problems. Participants will increase their parenting skills through education and practice both in class and on their own. Topics include child development, impact of high conflict divorce on kids, communication skills, and effective coparenting. The entire course will be offered live online. Classes begin June 17th, 2026.
