I have training in the treatment delivery of family systems therapy, brief oriented therapy, all of which are research evidence based. Other areas of expertise are focused on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy. I am EMDRIA certified (EMDR). With a humanistic and mindful awareness, I will support your growth and inner healing.
