Hi! I am Claudia Cauterucci and I am a Washington, D.C. licensed professional counselor, a certified group psychotherapist, and a holistic health coach. I trauma-informed and I specialize in post-traumatic growth, or as I call it, trauma rising. It is my firm belief that our wounds can become our gifts and that there is a an amazing life ready to happen for us once we understand, befriend, and rise above our trauma. Healing is achievable through nurturing adult bonds of secure attachment so let’s start!
My foundational training is in psychodynamic psychotherapy, where I explore your unconscious motivations, and I have expanded my practice and integrate interpersonal, mindfulness, attachment theory, and spiritual exploration. I am an interactive clinician and I see us sketching your story together.
I am a meditation teacher who is results-oriented! I believe that therapy, meditation, or any exercise that requires us to go inside, must also require results!
