I am a bi-lingual psychotherapist with more than 30 years experience treating adults, children, families and couples suffering from depression, anxiety, relationships issues, parenting, trauma and eating disorders. I have extensive expertise in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, beginning with 35 years experience in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and more than 20 years in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). In recent years I've also undertaken intensive trainings in mindfulness-based /contemplative psychotherapies such as MBCT, DBT, ACT and Positive Neuroplasticity.
