I believe every human being has an innate capacity to heal and the internal wisdom to do so. However, they need tools and guidance to access those resources. That is why my clients and I co-create a space that is safe, trauma informed and tailored to their individual needs. In that container, we uncover their particular gifts, talents and wisdom as we heal wounds from trauma and we decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression and excessive stress. Clients learn tools that they can take with them for the rest of their lives, this way increasing their capacity for healing outside of therapy.
In our work, I use an integrative approach and many skills that I am continuously learning in formal trainings. Mindfulness, CBT, attachment-based and internal family systems are some of the tools I bring to our sessions.
