I help kids, teens, and families with anxiety, stress, and family conflict. Using EMDR and Brainspotting, I help clients build coping skills to manage worry, big emotions, and family challenges. I offer a safe, supportive space that respects culture, identity, and LGBTQ+ experiences.

You will learn ways to feel less anxious and less stressed. We will talk about how to deal with family problems so they don’t make you feel so upset. After we work together, you will take new tools with you to feel calmer and more in control. You will also feel better about handling anxiety, stress, and family conflict in the future.
