Therapy will help you tap into your innate strengths and talents. I have 25 years of experience counseling individuals, families and couples. I will bring compassion and knowledge to our work using a patient-centered approach.
I specialize in treating people with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, relationships issues, LGBTQ+, mood issues, life transitions, OCD, PTSD. I have a master’s degree in Social Work from SUNY Albany, NY. I also have advanced training as an LCSW-R along with supervisory and administrative experience. I offer teletherapy exclusively.
I use several treatment modalities, such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TFT, Mindfulness, and Exposure Therapy to help you manage and overcome your rough spots. I look forward to hearing from you.
