Hi there, welcome! Are you struggling with negative thoughts about yourself, racing thoughts, arguments with your partner, worrying about things that can go wrong? Are you finding yourself in unhealthy relationships time and time again? Do you struggle saying no to your family or friends? Do you tend to overextend yourself for others and then feel burned out? Are you wanting to heal from your childhood trauma or any kind of trauma? Do you struggle with accepting yourself just the way you are? If so, I would love to support you, many of my clients have experienced relief from these issues.

I use my connection with clients to empower them in finding their best versions. I use evidence based modalities such as; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Practices. I offer a safe space to work through difficult memories, emotions, and thoughts.

As a first-generation Latina, I understand the stigma that comes with asking for mental health support. In my journey I've learned that therapy is not only for moments of crisis, anyone can benefit from self-reflection, healthy stress management skills or communication skills.
