I am trained in several evidenced based modalities, but I use EMDR the most often. I have dedicated years to honing my craft of EMDR, becoming a certified EMDR therapist and studying under experts in the field in order to help each of my clients connect their present-day struggles to past events and empower them to create the future vision of their dreams.
