My practice focus is chronic medical conditions and recovery, caregiver fatigue, grief & loss, and geriatrics. I am a therapist that understands the impact of illness and caregiving on your emotional capacity. Using evidence-based interventions, we will work to create healthy boundaries, new coping skills, and rebuild self concept.
