I utilize a Health At Every Size approach for those looking for weight inclusive therapy.

I provide walking/running therapy in nature to help you cope and manage the stress of day-to-day life. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma, anxiety, and other issues. Together we will decide if meeting in an office space, online, or in nature best fits your needs. We can combine modalities/settings while we work on your goals as well.

I believe that you are the expert in your own life and I can support you in managing life's curve balls. Share the joy of running with other beginners, runners recovering from injury/illness, or seasoned runners who are looking to slow down and enjoy mindful runs that incorporate walk intervals. This group is inclusive to all body types, paces, and will be blending walking with running intervals. The purpose is to socialize, build self-esteem, and learn how to run for mental health. Registration is required and can be completed by visiting the website and completing the registration form.
