I provide walking/running therapy in nature to help you cope and manage the stress of day-to-day life. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma, anxiety, and other issues. Together we will decide if meeting in an office space, online, or in nature best fits your needs. We can combine modalities/settings while we work on your goals as well.
I believe that you are the expert in your own life and I can support you in managing life's curve balls.
