For the last 15+ years, I have been dedicated to supporting, honoring, and edifying all women in different seasons of their lives. Counseling is for women who are motivated and desire to address the issues and struggles they find present in their lives. My professional training has been focused on Inner child healing, generational trauma healing, struggles with anxiety/depression, relational struggles, struggles in the perinatal stages (pregnancy struggles and postpartum struggles), healing from abusive relationships, divorce care/support, repeated attachment wounds, ADHD, and parenting support.
As a Telehealth therapist, I am happy to be able to offer you EMDR services. In my practice, I use a combination of EMDR interventions and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I desire to create a holding space where you feel heard, seen, and safe as you travel through your healing journey.
