We are the culmination of our past; however, we can live in the present with more ease and joy.
As an adult, life can be more than surviving the past, though there is a deep gratitude for how you survived - the part of you that had to disconnect from yourself. Our conversations will be slowed to make room for what was missed, for words to be heard and felt, and to experience the reconnection and integration back to your heart.
