About
Have you ever felt internal dissonance and uncertainty or wondered why life hasn't flowed how you intended? Maybe you safeguard your life, and it's become more uncomfortable. You crave living outside the box. Our work together looks at what you want for yourself and what stands in the way. Through our process of explorative integration, stepping into your unique aliveness becomes easier.
I work with developmental trauma created by early attachment disruptions such as addiction, abuse, neglect, feeling invisible, being labeled, feeling immense pressure, or care-taking. Whatever happened, we will untangle its impact in the here and now, which allows you to show up authentically in the present, unlike in the past as you had to be.
As an adult, life can be more than surviving. With honesty, patience, and skill, I'll provide a curious and compassionate space for your discovery and exploration back to you.

Relationship with Self
Interested? Schedule an initial free consult meeting online. We meet every other week on Zoom. Individuals in their 20's and 30's are welcomed in this flexible group with an emphasis to share and relate to difficulties in professional, intimate, and intra-personal relationships. Group norms and safety guidelines are collaborative, and the facilitator uses relational and trauma-informed methods to strengthen members' connection to self, which leads to more satisfying relationships and inner peace. Members can volunteer for individual work within the group.
