As a compassionate mental health therapist, I understand how overwhelming and painful it can be to navigate the challenges you're facing. With a degree from CUNY Brooklyn College and years of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals of all ages, particularly children, teens, and young adults, who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, or depression. Blending a variety of therapeutic modalities, I take a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and expressive arts therapy. Clients struggling with OCD and anxiety disorders, she incorporates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help individuals break free from obsessive fears and compulsions.
