As a mental health professional, I provide support to individuals struggling with a broad spectrum of compulsive behaviors that have thrown a wrench in their lives such as those struggles with substance (drugs and/or alcohol), sex and porn addiction, family issues, work/school stress related issues, emotional struggles, past traumas, and much more. I believe in meeting the client where they are at, being direct and maintaining an open and honest line of communication with them.
I am an active/reflective listener, provide an empathetic ear, and an open and honest line of communication. I also have a passion of working with with individuals within the criminal justice system and those struggles with identity issues, family issues, generational trauma, and sports/athletes mental health issues.
