My practice specializes in interpersonal psychotherapy, where I help clients develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. Through this work, I aim to foster self-esteem, build a positive sense of self, and cultivate constructive attitudes toward life’s challenges.
In addition, I have specialized training in grief and trauma counseling, assisting clients in navigating the complex emotional landscape of loss and life transitions.
I am a certified Yoga instructor and incorporate meditation and yoga as well as many other coping mechanisms into my work. I also have many years of experience working with children and adolescents.
