I am trained as a Yoga Therapy Teacher and Children's Yoga Teacher, integrating these practices with clients open to the approach. Certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I blend evidence-based modalities like CBT and mindfulness skills to create personalized treatment.
My areas of expertise encompass eating disorders, sexual health, anxiety, and mindfulness. As a Certified Sex Therapist, I help individuals navigate sexual functioning, desire, arousal, anxiety related to sex, and relationship concerns. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist for clients navigating their sexuality and/or gender identity.
