My strengths lie in supporting adults and adolescents experiencing depression, existential questions, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, identity issues, lack of purpose, systemic oppression, relationship issues, grief, addiction, and parenting challenges. Themes include generational trauma, stuck points/patterns, communication, creativity, and spirituality.
My approach to couples therapy is collaborative, exploratory, and depth-oriented. It includes an emphasis on building excellent communication skills and uncovering root causes of issues/patterns. The goal is to help both partners understand themselves and each other more deeply, aligning the relationship around growth and authenticity.
