My style is warm, direct, and attuned. I’m trained in EFT and IFS, attachment-based work, and trauma informed repair work and when appropriate sex therapy. We identify patterns that lead to activation, shutdown or disconnection and build clearer boundaries, secure connection, and tools that support change beyond sessions.
