I take great joy in helping people create fulfilling relationships. My approach is intersectional, attachment-based and trauma/healing informed. I am here to help you navigate getting to (or back to) a place of respect, care, and pleasure with each other. My goal is to support individuals and couples in creating fulfilling and equity-based relationships. My approach centers restoring connection by tending to the places where the bond has been ruptured. Difficult conversations can be navigated skillfully. Relationships can be restored or revitalized with care, tenderness and re-building trust. Love is an art, it takes practice.
I specialize in sex-therapy and relationship coaching. I hold a PhD in Depth Psychology and a certificate in professional sex-therapy. I support individuals and couples in navigating the pleasures and challenges of sexuality and partnership.
