My name is Mari Hanchar and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I use a collaborative approach to therapy, accompanying you on your journey and building on strengths to help you rediscover your peace and clarity. Each client brings has a unique experience and their own style of learning, because of this, I tend to utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach. I draw from a variety of evidenced-based practices including: ACT, CBT, Client-Centered, DBT, EFT, Family Systems, and MI.
I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) working with the pregnant and postpartum population (individuals or couples) as they (re)embark on the journey of parenthood. I also enjoy providing therapy to couples and individuals in navigating relationships, life transitions, depression, and anxiety.
