Mari Grande's Groups
Daughters of Critical Mothers - Online Group
Daughters of Critical Mothers (DOCM) is a group comprised of adult daughters who have been adversely affected by their relationship with early caretakers. The focus is not entirely on being a DOCM, but a place to be helped and by held each other, while also unpacking difficult feelings. DOCM is meant to create a healing space to evolve from shared experiences, support, and understanding as we travel through healing experiences together. We will be using prompts, such as writing, art making and movement as needed. Please contact me for more information
Integrative Trauma Processing Group for Therapists
This ONLINE group is forming and is for Therapists and Healers who want to build community, integrate trauma modalities, and support each other all the while. This is a confidential place to process your work, your life, and your feelings in a non-judgmental space. We can talk, share, and use other non-verbal forms of communication as needed: writing, art making and movement. We meet every other week for 1.5 hours. Meeting with group leader before joining required.
