Daughters of Critical Mothers (DOCM) is a group comprised of adult daughters who have been adversely affected by their relationship with early caretakers.
The focus is not entirely on being a DOCM, but a place to be helped and by held each other, while also unpacking difficult feelings.
DOCM is meant to create a healing space to evolve from shared experiences, support, and understanding as we travel through healing experiences together. We will be using prompts, such as writing, art making and movement as needed. Please contact me for more information
