About
I am a psychotherapist and relationship/career coach in private practice. I offer psychotherapy for those who are experiencing challenges in their relationships or seeking relief from stress, substance abuse, anxiety, or depression. People see me for a range of issues including help with stress, anxiety, and depression, marital and family discord, communication skills, developing appropriate boundaries, building self-esteem. For people who are stuck in their life, career or relationships I offer coaching. I would like to help you overcome these challenges.
I am also the author of "Awaken the Power Within You", a book based on the Intentional Life Power Program, a program I developed to jump start people who are stuck and in need of help with the challenges of clinical issues or achieving life goals. You may visit my website www.maricraig.com.
I am ready to help you overcome whatever challenges you have in your life. In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I employ Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, EMDR, and EFT techniques. I also offer counseling sessions online via Skype or FaceTime.

Having a Loving Relationship
Relationships can be challenging at times and when all we want is the understanding, support, care and love that healthy bonds provide, sometimes they just fall short. Often it takes just a small shift in perspective or insights from others to help improve our relationship. This ongoing workshop is designed to provide a mutually supportive environment in the pursuit of building a healthy relationship. We will discuss relationship challenges and help each other achieve a greater understanding of our relationship with our spouse/partner. Individuals without their partners and couples are welcome (Sessions covered by insurance).
