Dr. Raquel Emdur is licensed clinical psychologist, board certified music therapist and licensed professional counselor with training in integrative psychology, humanistic/existential, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic/psychoanalytic approaches.
We can explore your dreams together. I offer EMDR and MARI-Mandala therapeutic assessments. I also offer psychological testing and evaluations to help address concerns and clarify diagnoses for a variety of conditions.
My colleagues and I offer therapy both in our Ardmore office as well as virtually and are pleased to work with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds.
I work with adults from the psychodynamic/psychoanalytic framework and integrate different modalities, including creative arts, music therapy, and guided meditation. I specialize in trauma, developmental trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, sexual trauma, grief and loss, life changes, anxiety, depression, and stress management and psychological testing/evaluations.

Mari Counseling Services
Mari Counseling Services provides clients of all ages and backgrounds talk therapy, creative arts therapies and psychological testing and assessment. Sessions are available in our comfortable Ardmore office as well as online, or teletherapy sessions. We are are in-network with Independence, Highmark, Aetna and Cigna plans and also have affordable rates for self pay clients. Experienced therapists are available to address a variety of issues including Anxiety and Depression, Trauma, Developmental Trauma, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Complex Trauma, Sexual Trauma, Grief and Loss, Life Changes, Life Transitions, Stress Management Relationship Issues and more. Sessions also available in Spanish and Creole.
