I have loved being a therapist for 15+ years. It is such joy to make an impact in someone's life. I think that is something my clients would say about me - I want to help them make changes that will aid them in having the life they have always wanted. I am a believer that all we have is the present, sadly can't change the past, but can learn from it to have the future we want. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationship problems.
I work mainly with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to assist clients in evaluating their thoughts and behaviors that are maladaptive and contribute to anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I work with clients on their communication in relationships and/or with making important relationship decisions (divorce, fidelity, etc).
