I have loved being a therapist for 16+ years. I specialize in relationship issues (getting into one, deciding to get out of one or trying to help your current romantic or family relationships), anxiety (panic attacks, stress and daily worry), and self-esteem. It is such joy to make an impact in someone's life. I think that is something my clients would say about me - I want to help them make changes that will aid them in having the life they have always wanted. I also am a life coach.
I work with individuals and couples mainly utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to assist clients in evaluating their thoughts and behaviors that are maladaptive and contribute to anxiety and low self-esteem. I work with clients on their communication in relationships and/or with making important relationship decisions (divorce, infidelity, etc).
