I provide affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as those who serve in healthcare, law enforcement, and education—fields where stress and trauma often go unaddressed. I’m trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful and effective approach that helps you replace distressing memories and images with calm and healing ones.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy is also unique in that it combines the enormous power of eye movements to allow voluntary changes in the client's mind with well-established therapies like Gestalt, Psychodynamic Therapy and Guided Imagery. Within the ART protocol, the eye movements, along with other ART enhancements, make these therapies work much faster and more effectively in 3-6 sessions.
