I work with individuals, couples and families of all different ages and backgrounds. As a depth oriented and relational therapist, I use inner work, self-awareness techniques, parts work (IFS), dreamwork, relationship work, art, conflict resolution and communication techniques. My work helps individuals heal personal and intergenerational trauma, and find a greater sense of wholeness through the integration of the mind, body, and spirit. I am a good listener and follow closely the unfolding process of my clients. Supporting clients to listen to the wisdom held in their own body and in the natural world is at the core of my work.
I help clients uncover personal insights, reoccurring themes/life long patterns and family of origin patterning, as well as get to the root cause of anxiety, big emotions, dreams, challenges with intimacy and relational conflict. I support clients to create the change they want to see in their lives and to find freedom in their personal choices.
I truly enjoy my work supporting people to feel more integrated, free to be fully themselves and more fulfilled in relationship. I honor all walks of life, and trust in every individual's ability to take steps towards personal liberation. I would be honored to support you and your loved ones to reach your personal and relational goals.

Groups
Group Therapy for Couples
This is an online group to help couples regain the joy, playfulness, intimacy, depth and adventure in their relationships. Using the well researched communication techniques like Non-violent communication and Gottman institute research, interpersonal neurobiology, the arts, and somatic therapy techniques and exercises, I help couples practice creating safe space to better get to know themselves and their partners, and each others' needs, wounding patterns, philosophy around important life factors and deeply held life wishes and dreams. This is an affordable and supportive alternative to traditional couples therapy - please reach out for a free consultation before joining the group.
