Integrating Mindfulness and Meditation with different psychotherapeutic approaches has been helpful for my clients. My previous training includes treatment of family of origin issues, trauma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety, drawing from a variety of disciplines, including psychodynamic, attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy. I have recently completed Level 1 Training in IFS and am integrating this modality successfully into my approach to helping clients heal. Empowering people to participate actively in their own healing process through self exploration as well as gaining insight into how different aspects or parts within them affect their daily living and relationships.
To go beyond treatment of symptoms and help my clients make lasting changes in their lives has been my mission. Many of my clients report significant diminishing of symptoms, strengthening of relational skills, building resilience, and developing healthy coping strategies.
I have been a meditation student of Thich Nhat Hanh for the past 12 years.
