Creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered is at the heart of my work. With nearly a decade of experience, I work with teenage girls, young adults, women, and parents who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, fertility challenges, or the emotional demands of parenting. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and relational techniques tailored to your unique needs.
As a Perinatal Mental Health specialist (PMH-C), I have advanced training in supporting individuals through fertility challenges, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. As the saying goes, it takes a village- I'd be honored to be a part of yours!
I offer in-home postpartum counseling, support groups, and individual and family therapy via Telehealth (throughout Florida) or in person (in St. Augustine).

Postpartum Support Group
Join a warm, welcoming community of new moms navigating the ups and downs of the first year postpartum. This weekly support group offers a safe space to share, connect, and feel truly understood. Whether you’re adjusting to life with a newborn, coping with sleep deprivation, or just craving adult conversation, you’re welcome here. Come as you are—babies in arms welcome, spit-up and all. This is an open group, meaning you can join at any time and no commitment is required. However, Pre-Registration is necessary. Please contact Margot to join! Cost $25 a group.
