I specialize in helping teens and young adults manage anxiety and overwhelm. Tuning into the body’s signals - such as fatigue, racing thoughts, restlessness, tuning out or an ever present feeling that something is wrong or missing that you just can’t quite pinpoint- guides my approach. With greater awareness, comes more choice.
As a young adult, there are countless conflicting messages telling you how to feel, what to want, and how to be.
