I work primarily with adult individuals, couples, and families. My areas of clinical special interest include trauma/PTSD, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My work is grounded in a trauma and attachment-focused perspective, and my clinical work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based Family Therapy, and Family Systems Theory.
Our past experiences and relationships shape how we relate to ourselves and others in the present. Together, we will explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity so that you may have the opportunity to experience greater confidence, understanding, and connection with yourself and others.
Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, the impact of past trauma, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, you don’t have to do it alone.
