Many of the people I work with are used to being the capable one, the helper, or the person everyone relies on, while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are underneath it all. They may be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, anxiety, people pleasing patterns, or childhood trauma. Through a warm, collaborative approach integrating parts work, somatic, and experiential therapies, I help clients build insight, regulation, and meaningful change. I also offer a structured Child & Family Brief Treatment Program for children and caregivers.

Together, we will explore past experiences, core beliefs, and patterns that may no longer be serving you while building greater self understanding and regulation. My holistic approach integrates insight, somatic awareness, and experiential therapies to support meaningful, lasting change.

You do not have to keep carrying everything alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin showing up in your life and relationships in a more grounded and connected way. When you are ready, I would be honored to support you.
