Group members will identify core negative beliefs, distorted thinking, triggers, unhealthy behaviors, and move through unpacking their trauma, stress, and fractured relationships. Clients will explore their deepest emotions and link them to core negative beliefs. They will work on awareness, accountability, and understanding of how they show up in the world. Making Love Last: Tools for Marriage/Couples
This group is a two day workshop for married/single couples who may be experiencing some friction in their relationship: Communication problems, intimacy issues, parenting, betrayal, and other relationship stressors. This group is a two day workshop for married married couples dealing with issues of betrayal and managing forgiveness. Couples will explore their emotions and issues of trust, betrayal, infidelity, intimacy issues, and learn coping skills around forgiveness, anxiety, and other relationship problems.
