My psychotherapy and counseling practice supports adults, families, and couples in navigating: anxiety and stress, depression and mood disorders, grief and loss, trauma, relationship dynamics, as well as career transitions and professional growth.
Using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the principles of Positive Psychology, I tailor each therapeutic experience to an individual's unique needs and aspirations. I am an Emory University alum, and completed my graduate training at Mercer University with a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. I lead clinical supervision and professional consultation groups for mental health providers, and serve as an adjunct professor for graduate-level counseling programs.
